Museum Update

I thought about having a framework for digital museums inspired by Zium Museum would be beneficial for this Kit. as this would take some time I would like to know if anyone would even care. There would be things like

  • Text, Autor and such
  • some basic display things
  • examples of every kind of interactable
  • background music
  • Scene transition
  • some basic Materials
  • what you want

I am wanting to create online web galleries, I would want to have pictures and 3D models being displayed in a 3D environment (fps) Then I would like the user (player) to be able to manipulate the picture or object with information and link panels! I think your fps exploration kit would work out fine. However I have not used UE4 so before buying your plugin I need to get the grips with the engine first.

Hey that sounds wonderful I just have some head ups for you.

1. this is not a plugin rather a collection of code snippets that provide the functionality

2. this Update Post was more along the lines maybe someone is intressted in and not it is actually in there

3. always test your engine before buying any kit even mine ;)

4. I actually think that you don't really need my tool for a thing like https://theziumsociety.itch.io/

5. don't want to be rude just want to be really clear and help you :)

Thank you for the information, however I think I will need your tool, I can build the actual galleries with UE4 and use your code snippets for the control of the player/user and to give interactivity to objects and portraits in the gallery. The link you sent me https://theziumsociety.itch.io/is of no use to me as I can't build my own galleries with this software.

The pictures is a gallery I created using UE4 however I am at a loss when it comes to player control and manipulation of objects, I really don't have the time or interest in creating such controls.

Thanks for your time, once I have have the experience in using such codes etc. I will probably purchase your code snippets as it looks to more than cover what I need.
